Leftovers for tiny quesidillas

Prep time: 15 minutes

Tonight for dinner I made tiny, little, adorable quesadillas. I pulled out my awesome quesadilla maker. It was a bridal shower gift from my aunt and has a ton of use.


I used up whatever I could find in the fridge (1/2 a tomato, green pepper, red pepper, olives) and the leftover chicken from yesterdays roast chicken. I had bought the Smart 16 brand tortillas, and these worked really well for smaller sized bites.
